HBCU College Tour
Each year Philadelphia Alumni sponsors a four-day bus tour for inner-city youth to visit a number of Historically Black Colleges and Universities to an effort to familiarize them with this class of higher education alternative. This activity also supports the recruitment efforts of the institutions visited. Scholarships are offered to those students who are unable to cover the cost of joining the tour.
Scholarships
Various scholarships are made available for young men starting their college educations. Donations to the scholarship funds are through the foundation.
The Achievement Academy
A full year mentoring and training program for young men (4th-12) of color.

Awards & Recognition
The Achievement Foundation sponsor awards ceremonies to honor local figures who have contributed to the community with their leadership and mentorship. Proceeds from sponsorship of these events is dedicated to our programs.
Fundraisers
The Achievement Foundation hosts various fundraising events where majority of net proceeds are dedicated to programs we support.
